IBC 2026 Carbon Dialogue: Preparing Private Sector Carbon Projects to Enter IMpleme

As part of the IBC Carbon Market Impact Center, the 2026 Carbon Dialogue brings together Government representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Environment, experts, and IBC Members Representatives to discuss the readiness of energy sector carbon projects including Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) in the Country’s pipeline and to ensure they are of high-quality, high-integrity, and globally competitive. The dialogue also centers on accelerating the implementation of Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement building on the momentum of the Indonesia-Singapore MoU, the first launch of authorized Nature-based solution projects and the launch of Sistem Registri Unit Karbon (SRUK). IBC Members who are exploring, developing, or have ready to trade carbon projects in the energy sector are invited to share best practices to the relevant Ministries in support to Indonesia’s position in international markets and negotiations.
